Thermal & Mechanical design and Manufacture of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers

Our Scope includes, but is not limited to

Thermal Design with HTRI software system.

Mechanical Design, Manufacture, Inspection and Testing in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div.1, 2, BS PD5500, TEMA and API 660.

Mechanical Design with PV Elite and CAD systems

Manufacture, inspection and Testing in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive – PED regulations.

Exchangers can be “U” & “U2” stamped as well as “CE” stamped as per client’s requirement.

Exchangers can be “U” & “U2” stamped as well as “CE” stamped as per client’s requirement.

Experienced and capable of manufacture of all category of Materials such as Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon steel, Low alloy steel (Cro- Moly), Austenitic Stainless steel, Duplex &SuperDuplex stainless steel and other Nonferrousmaterials such as Monel,Inconnel625,CuNi70/30,CuNi90/10,Naval Brass, Alu-Nickel Brass/Bronze and Titanium.

Internal Coating such as Chem flake /Glass flake and other external coating as per user requirements with in house inspection/supervision by NACE Level III.
